You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
All valuations provided by Valuex are estimates based on AI analysis and available market data. They should not be considered as professional appraisals or guarantees of value. Valuex is not liable for any decisions made based on our valuation estimates.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to subscribers.
All content, features, and functionality of Valuex are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
Valuex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
